Once you get to a point in your life, sometimes, you feel like you need to figure out the best way to reinvent yourself. The truth is, you’ve been reinventing yourself the whole time you’ve been living your life.
Life can take you on a lot of twists and turns, and suddenly, you are in a place where you never expected to be, and you don’t know how you got here.
The truth is, you were likely meant to be there the whole time.
Here I am, with a son who is about to graduate from high school. A place where, technically, I got him because we did school at home. He got into college… success! I helped him do that! But it also means he will be off to college… in just a few months. It’s what we do as parents. It’s the ultimate goal, but I’m not ready yet.
My daughter is driving. How is it possible? She was literally just learning to walk yesterday, right?
But here I am, taking one step at a time. Because that’s what we do, right? Drink it all in. Enjoy every moment, and then… take the next step.
